Grupo Clarín subsidiary obtains injunction
On 7 May 2013, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that its subsidiary Arte Gráfico Editorial Argentino S.A. ("AGEA") had informed the Company that the Federal Court on Administrative Litigation Matters No. 6, in re "ADEBA and others v. Ministry of Economy Res. 58/10" had granted an injunction and ordered the Argentine Federal Revenue Service to abstain from initiating and/or continuing with any administrative procedure or procedures and/or any other act that would entail the execution of the amounts payable pursuant to Resolution No. 3/13, until a decision is rendered on the merits.
