Cablevisión S.A. Paraguayan Subsidiaries Make Financial Placements

On 30 November 2012, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that Cablevisión Comunicaciones S.A. and Televisión Dirigida S.A., Paraguayan subsidiaries of Cablevisión S.A. ("Cablevisión"), a subsidiary of the Company, made individual financial placements for an aggregate principal amount of USD50,000,000 at a nominal interest rate of 9.375% per annum, which mature on 31 January 2018. The terms and conditions of the instruments allow voluntary prepayment or payment at maturity, in cash or with notes issued by Cablevisión or one of its subsidiaries or instruments that represent participations in such notes, thus eventually reducing Cablevisión's third party indebtedness. Funds were placed with related entities.
