Gold Bullion Securities Limited (the "Issuer")

DE ISIN Transition

Further the announcements made by the Issuer on 20 May 2022, the Issuer desires to remind investors that:

1) the secondary ISINs beginning with DE which are issued under a Global Bearer Certificate (the DE ISINs) will be deactivated and replaced with the existing primary ISINs beginning with JE or GB (the Jersey ISINs) on 19 August 2022 (the Transition);

2) existing WKNs associated with the DE ISIN (the DE ISIN WKN) will also merge into the WKNs associated with the Jersey ISINs (the Jersey ISIN WKNs); and

3) existing SEDOLs codes associated with the DE ISINs (the DE ISIN SEDOLs) will be replaced by the SEDOLs codes associated with the Jersey ISINs (the Jersey ISIN SEDOLs).

The Jersey ISINs, Jersey ISIN WKNs and the Jersey ISIN SEDOLs can be used for future reference and trading after the Transition.

The Transition is automatically done within the Clearstream system and no action is required from security holders.
