Global Petroleum Ltd21 April 2005 21 April 2005 Global Petroleum Limited Exercise of Options Further to the announcement yesterday, the Company has applied for 500,000shares, no par value, to be admitted to trading on AIM. Such admission isexpected on 26 April 2005. The shares have bee issued following the exercise of options by Taylor CollisonLimited. The options, which were issued in October 2003 as payment in lieu ofbrokerage fees for the private placement of funds in the company, areexercisable at 25 cents each.
