The Company was informed that today, Rachel Tongue, Chief Financial Officer of Games Workshop, transferred 150 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of Β£99.81 per share into an ISA.

As a result Mrs Tongue's ultimate beneficial interest remains at 6,860 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
