RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board of Games Workshop announces the resignation of Alan Stewart as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 31 March 2009.

Mr Stewart has recently taken up the position of Chief Financial Officer of AWAS, the Dublin-based aircraft leasing business. He has resigned from the Board of Games Workshop in order to be able to fulfil his business commitments in this new role.

Tom Kirby, Chairman of Games Workshop, said:

"All of us at Games Workshop, the Board in particular, are sad at Alan's resignation. Over the years he has made a significant contribution to our business, and his input to the Board will be missed."
