Games Workshop Group PLC16 August 2005 Games Workshop Group PLC ("Games Workshop" or the "Company") The Company received notification on 16 August 2005 that Fidelity InternationalLimited ("FIL"), parent holding company for various direct and indirectsubsidiaries, including Fidelity Investment Services Ltd. ("FISL"), investmentmanager for various non-US investment companies and institutional clients, has anotifiable interest in 3,409,784 ordinary shares of 5 pence ("Ordinary Shares")in Games Workshop, representing approximately 10.98 per cent. of the Company'sissued share capital. This represents a decrease in holding since the lastfiling of 302,700 Ordinary Shares.
