Block Listing Cancellation

Games Workshop Group PLC currently has 117,629 Ordinary 5p shares block listed under the following share option schemes: 1994 Executive Share Option Scheme, 1994 Worldwide Executive Share Option Scheme, 1995 Sharesave Scheme and International Sharesave Scheme. These schemes have now closed and as a result the block listings associated with them have been cancelled. No allotments have been made under these schemes since the last block listing return was released on 7th September 2010.
