Games Workshop Group PLC08 August 2006 Games Workshop Group PLC (the "Company") Additional Listing Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA") and the LondonStock Exchange for the listing of 100,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each fullypaid ("Ordinary Shares"), to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to beadmitted to the Official List of the UKLA. These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued as aresult of the exercise of share options pursuant to the Company'sSavings-Related Share Option Scheme. It is expected that admission of these Ordinary Shares will become effective on11 August 2006. These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with existingOrdinary Shares of the Company.
