Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

 

Gattaca plc ("Gattaca" or the "Group"), the specialist Engineering and Technology (IT & Telecoms) recruitment solutions business, today announces that its Notice of Meeting for the 2018 Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM") is now available via its website: https://www.gattacaplc.com/investors/shareholder-information/shareholder-communications

 

Copies of the Notice of AGM and notes on proxy voting have also been posted to shareholders, together with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2018, which is also available via Gattaca's website:

The Annual General Meeting of Gattaca will be held on Wednesday 5 December 2018 at 9.30am at the Solent Park Hotel, Rookery Avenue, Whiteley, Fareham, Hampshire, PO15 7AJ.

 

Details of the resolutions the shareholders will be asked to approve are included in the Notice of Meeting and accompanying Explanatory Notes.
