Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company was today notified that on 30 July 2014 Non-Executive Director George Materna transferred 700,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') to his Family Trust.
Mr Materna's total interest in the Company remains unchanged at 7,837,405 Shares, representing 31.39% of the Company's issued Share capital.
