Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company was today notified that on 17 April 2014 Non-Executive Director George Materna's SIPP provider sold 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at 625p each per share.
Mr Materna's total interest in the Company is now 7,837,405 Shares, representing 31.42% of the Company's issued Share capital.
The Company was today also notified that on 17 April 2014, Non-Executive Director Andy White sold 482,400 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at 625p each per share.
Mr White's total interest in the Company is now 610,632 Shares, representing 2.45% of the Company's issued Share capital.
