Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company was today notified that on 27 June 2014, Director Tony Dyer sold 8,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') having exercised the same number of share options from the Company's Deferred Annual Bonus Plan. On the same day, Mr Dyer also sold 3,732 Shares having released them from the Company's Share Incentive Plan.
Mr Dyer's total interest in the Company remains unchanged at 309,960 Shares, representing 1.24% of the Company's issued Share capital.
The Company was also today notified that on 27 June 2014, Director Keith Lewis sold 5,000 Shares having exercised the same number of share options from the Company's Deferred Annual Bonus Plan.
Mr Lewis' total interest in the Company remains unchanged at 283,690 Shares, representing 1.14% of the Company's issued Share capital.
