Matchtech Group PLC05 June 2007 MATCHTECH GROUP PLC 5 June 2007 ADDITIONAL LISTING and BLOCKLISTING Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 947 ordinaryshares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"), pursuant to the exercise ofoptions. The Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company'sexisting issued ordinary shares, and admission is expected to occur on 11 June2007. Application has also been made for the blocklisting of 93,420 Shares, subject tothe future exercises of options under the Company's EMI Option Scheme. TheShares will, upon issue, rank pari passu in all respects with the Company'sexisting issued ordinary shares, and admission is expected to occur on 11 June2007.
