Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that in accordance with the authority given to the Company by its shareholders at its FY22 annual general meeting and pursuant to the Company's share buy-back announced on 21 August 2023, it has purchased for cancellation through Liberum Capital Limited, the following ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"):

Following cancellation of the above Ordinary Shares, and admission of 82,844 Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the exercise of certain management incentive options also announced today, 25 September 2023 (under the headline "Exercise of Options and Director/PDMR Shareholding") the Company will have 31,605,515 Ordinary Shares in issue. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
This number represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
