Director Dealings

GameAccount Network was informed on 6 October 2014 that Dermot Smurfit, a Director of the Company, purchased 29,100 ordinary shares of GBP£0.01 each ("Ordinary Share"), 20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of GBP£0.6975 per Ordinary Share on 3 October 2014 and 9,100 Ordinary Shares at a price of GBP£0.70 per Ordinary Share on 6 October 2014.

Following the above transaction, Dermot Smurfit's shareholding in the Company is 7,356,075 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.2% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
