Transaction in Own Shares
GAMMA COMMUNICATIONS PLC ("GAMMA", or the "Company") announces that on 09 April 2025 it purchased the following number of its Ordinary Shares of 0.25p each through Peel Hunt LLP as part of the buyback programme announced on 25 March 2025.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.
Following settlement of the above purchases, GAMMA has purchased a total of 1,119,000 shares since the commencement of the buyback programme and will have 96,381,389 ordinary shares of 0.25p pence each in issue. There are 1,719,253 shares held in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company are therefore 94,662,136 and this can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
