("Gamma Communications plc" or the "Company")
Notification of Transactions by Directors
The Company has been notified that Andrew Belshaw (a director and CFO) sold 179,306 Ordinary shares at a price of 414 pence per share on 15 December 2015. This was in part to satisfy the tax liability on recently exercised share options notified on 2 December 2015 and the repayment of a loan of £50,000 which had been made to him prior to the Company's admission to AIM. The loan was repaid yesterday. Following this transaction, Mr Belshaw remains interested in 277,002 shares, representing 0.3% of the total voting rights of the Company.
The Company has also been notified that Andrew Stone (a non-executive director) sold 50,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 414 pence per share on 15 December 2015. Following this transaction, Mr Stone remains interested in 3,650,000 shares, representing 4.0% of the total voting rights of the Company.
