Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that Chris Bradford (Chief People Officer), a person discharging management responsibility, purchased 13 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence on 12 June 2023 pursuant to the Gamma Communications plc Share Incentive Plan established on 6 October 2014. The purchase price was 1197.12 pence.
The scheme is offered to all permanent employees who have at least one month's service. It enables the employee to purchase shares on a monthly basis which are held in a trust; subsequent sales of those shares receive a favourable tax treatment if they are held in the trust for five years.
