Exercise of Sharesave options
The Company announces that on 1 July 2024 share options were exercised over ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company to a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") pursuant to the Gamma Savings Related Share Option Scheme 2016 (the "Scheme"). The exercise price was 1411.2p.
The Scheme was offered to all those who were UK employees on 1 February 2021. It enables the employee to save for three years, then to use the proceeds to exercise share options, such exercise needing to take place within a six-month window.
