Chair succession planning

Gamma, a leading technology-based provider of communications services to the business markets in the UK and Europe, announces that it has commenced a process for the succession of the Board Chair.

Having joined the Board as Chair prior to its IPO in 2014, Richard Last is approaching nine years' service. The Board has engaged a search agency to look for a successor, a process which is being led by Henrietta Marsh as Senior Independent Director.

It is intended that Richard will step down from the Board, as Chair and Director, at the later of the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting, to be held on 17 May 2023, or the date on which the new Chair's appointment commences.

The Company will make a further announcement in due course.
