Block Listing Application
Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma"), a leading technology-based provider of communications services to the UK business market, announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 523,269 ordinary shares of 0.25p each (the "Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.
The purpose of the block listing is, when combined with the balance of the previous block listing, to satisfy options awarded under the Gamma Company Share Option Plan (154,138 Shares), the Gamma Long Term Incentive Plan (199,077 Shares) and the Gamma Savings Related Share Option Scheme (222,054 Shares). The Shares are expected to be admitted to trading subsequent to 8:00am on 21 May 2020. Any Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
