Galantas Gold Corporation ("TSX-V: GAL; AIM: GAL") ("Galantas" or the "Company") reports that it received notification that on July 12, 2021, Mario Stifano, CEO, bought 2,000 common shares of nil par value ("Common Shares") at an average price of C$0.74 per Common Share, representing 0.003% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following these transactions, Mr. Stifano's interest in the Company is 181,166 Common Shares representing 0.24% of the Company's total voting rights.
