Sub.: Proposal of interim dividend

This is in continuation of letter dated 09.12.2009 on the captioned subject.

This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 16th December, 2009 to consider, inter-alia, proposal of interim dividend.

It is to further inform that the 'RECORD DATE', for the purpose of determining the eligibility of the members of the Company for the payment of the said interim dividend if approved by the Board, is being fixed for Tuesday, the 22nd December, 2009 and the same is proposed to be paid from 30th December, 2009 onwards.
