Sub: Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2012
and payment of interim dividend for FY 2012-13
Dear Sir,
This is in continuation of our letter of even no. dated February 1,2013.
The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. 14th February,2013
has, inter-alia, approved the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter
ended 31st December, 2012 and approved payment of interim dividend for the FY 2012-13 @ 40% (Rs. 4/= per equity share) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company. The said interim dividend shall be payable with reference to the 'Record Date' i.e. Wednesday, the 20th February, 2013 fixed for the said purpose and shall be paid within stipulated time period of 30 days i.e. latest by 14th March, 2013.
Please find enclosed herewith a copy of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2012, as approved by the Board of Directors in its Meeting held today i.e. 14th February, 2013. The said financial results are hosted on Company's website at http://www.gailonline.com/final_site/financial_result.html
