Sub.: Payment of Interim Dividend for Financial Year 2009-10

This is in continuation of our letter of even no. dated 15th December, 2009.

The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. 21st December, 2009 have, inter-alia, approved payment of interim dividend @ 20% (Rs. 2/- per equity share) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company for the Financial Year, 2009-10. The said interim dividend shall be payable with reference to the 'Record Date' i.e. Tuesday, the 29th December, 2009 fixed for the said purpose.
