Pursuant to regulation 29(1) & (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, it is hereby notified that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Thursday, 5th August, 2021 to inter-alia consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021. Further, to our earlier letter dated 28th June, 2021 with regard to closure of Trading Window, it is notified that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of GAIL (India) Limited shall remain closed from 1st July, 2021 to 7th August, 2021 for all 'Designated Persons' as per the Insider Trading code of the Company.
