Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company wishes to notify the market of the following:-
Following the recent issue of equity amounting to 19,454,545 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") which have now been admitted to trading on AIM, the Company's total issued share capital, as at 5 November 2013, consists of 132,776,545 Ordinary Shares, all with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares were held in treasury at the date of this announcement. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 132,776,545.
Therefore the figure of 132,776,545 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in the Company.
