Issue of Equity

Total Voting Rights

Gable announces that it has agreed to issue 1,050,000 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each following the exercise of employee share options. Application has been made for the 1,050,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 27 January 2014 ("Admission"). The new ordinary shares will represent 0.78% of the enlarged share capital and will rank equally with all other ordinary shares currently in issue.

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company wishes to notify the market of the following:-

Following Admission the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 134,454,833 ordinary shares, all with voting rights. No ordinary shares were held in treasury at the date of this announcement. The total number of current voting rights in the Company therefore will be 134,454,833.

The figure of 134,454,833 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in the Company.
