Annual General Meeting

Gable Holdings (AIM: GAH.L), the European non-life insurance company, will today hold its AGM at Gable Insurance AG, Pflugstrasse 20, Vaduz, Liechtenstein at 11.00am (10.00am BST) to consider and, if thought fit, to pass the resolutions tabled.

Following the AGM, William Dewsall, Chief Executive, will give the following update on trading for the six months to 30 June 2011:

"Gable has had a strong first half, both in the UK and Europe and the Board is comfortable that we are in line with market expectations for the full year. We are in the process of launching new products in the UK including:

§ In the UK - a Commercial Combined product which sits within our range of liability and property products; and

§ In France - a property and liability product for outdoor leisure properties, which complements Gable's existing liability products in this territory

"We continue to review additional opportunities to launch new products in new and existing territories across Europe."

Gable's interim results for the six months to 30 June 2011 will be announced in the week commencing 12 September 2011.
