Project Finance Investments Limited (the "Company")

C Share Issue

Further to the announcement on 18 March 2016, the Board is pleased to announce it has decided to proceed with an Open Offer (on the basis of one C Share for each Ordinary Share), Placing and Offer for Subscription of C Shares targeting gross proceeds in excess of £60 million in May.

The Company will be publishing a prospectus with further details shortly, subject to regulatory approval.
