The Group has been notified that on 17 November 2022 Andrew Wass, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 102 pence per share. Mr Wass' resulting shareholding in the Company is 4,776,993 Ordinary Shares, representing 22.8% of the total issued share capital.
