PDMR Dealings
The Group has been notified that on 26 June 2020 Ken Ford, Chairman and Non-Executive Director, transferred 30,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Mintonview Limited, an investment company owned wholly by Mr Ford. Following this transaction, which took place on-market, Mr Ford's total beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 40,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.19% of the total issued share capital.
