NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

This form is intended for use by an issuer to make a RIS notification required by DR 3.1.4R(1).

Upon vesting of a tranche of Ordinary Shares awarded under the Long-Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP'), the disposal of a beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares was effected by withholding from the LTIP beneficiary named in 11 below the number of shares referred to in 11 below, in order to settle the tax and social security liabilities of the beneficiary that arose on vesting.
