LONG-TERM INCENTIVE PLAN AWARDS AND DIRECTOR'S DEALING
Forward Partners Group plc (LSE: FWD), the London-based investment firm specialising in supporting high growth, early-stage technology businesses, confirms that it has granted Nic Brisbourne, CEO and Lloyd Smith, CFO, 777,616 and 617,151 options over ordinary shares in the Company respectively (the "Options") pursuant to the Company's 2021 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP").
Vesting of the Options granted pursuant to the LTIP is subject to the achievement of performance conditions linked to shareholder returns and target portfolio exits. The Options are exercisable at nominal cost (£0.01) in three equal tranches on 31 December 2025, 31 December 2026, 31 December 2027.
