Block Listing Update

Futura Medical plc (AIM: FUM), the innovative healthcare company focused on advanced transdermal technology announces that, in the six months since the previous block admission update on 22 May 2013 the following changes have taken place:

An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the block admission of a further 2,670,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM. The new shares expected to be admitted pursuant to the above application shall rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective on 8 October 2013.
