Block Admission Application
Futura Medical plc (AIM: FUM), the pharmaceutical group that develops innovative products for consumer healthcare, announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the block admission of a total of 2,335,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p pence each to be admitted to trading on AIM. The block listing application covers already awarded options and the shares may be issued pursuant to the share option schemes detailed below:
