The Company has been notified that Michael Turner, Chairman, purchased 4,400 ‘A’ ordinary shares of 40p each, at a price of £4.50 per share, on 17 October 2022, to be split equally between his four children.
Fred Turner, Executive Director, is one of the beneficiaries and as a result his interest in the Company has increased by 1,100 ‘A’ ordinary shares of 40p each.
This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 (as incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018).
