In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1(R), the Company would like to notify the market of the following:
The Company's capital consists ofΒ 49,753,186Β ordinary shares and 100,000 preference shares with voting rights. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company isΒ 49,853,186.
