James Fisher and Sons Public Limited Company ("the Company")

James Fisher Interim Dividend

This announcement corrects the details of the record date in respect of the 2009 interim dividend included in the 2009 Half Year Results of the Company published on 25th August 2009.

The Company confirms that the record date in respect of the 2009 interim dividend of 4.80p per ordinary share is 9th October 2009 and that this dividend will be paid on 5th November 2009.
