Final dividend payment date
Subject to shareholder approval at James Fisher and Sons' annual general meeting to be held on 30 April 2020, the final dividend will be paid on 11 May 2020 to shareholders on the register on 3 April 2020. This is a change to the date set out in the Preliminary announcement dated 27 February 2020.
