The Company was notified on 14th November 2008 that Mr A.R.C.B.Cooke a Non Executive Director had purchased 12,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 410p.
Following this transaction Mr A.R.C.B.Cooke has a beneficial interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital of 33,684 Ordinary Shares representing 0.07 per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
