Retirement of Michael Everard: disclosures required by section 430(2B), Companies Act 2006

Further to the announcement by the Company on 4th March 2014, that Michael Everard will retire from the Company on 30th April 2014, and in accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006, the Company confirms that Michael Everard will not receive any payment for loss of office or any other payments in relation to his ceasing to be a director of the Company.
