Director Shareholding Update

The Company announced on 9 January 2020 that Mr O'Lionaird, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, holds 6,463 Ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.01% of the Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.

The Company has since been notified that, prior to his appointment to the Company, Mr O'Lionaird had acquired 820 Ordinary Shares of 25p each of the Company. These shares were purchased on 26 February 2019 by an investment club on behalf of Mr O'Lionaird.

The Company therefore confirms that Mr O'Lionaird holds 7,283 Ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.01% of the Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.
