Director Shareholding
Notification made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R (1)(a) of Disclosure and Transparency Rules and paragraph 26 of the Model Code.
The Company was notified on 6 June 2013 that on that date Mr Charles Rice the Chairman of the Company purchased 1,554 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company pursuant to a Trading Plan entered into on 7 March 2013 with Investec Bank plc. The price paid for the shares was 955p per share.
Following this transaction Mr Rice has a beneficial interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital of 9,630 Ordinary Shares representing 0.019 per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
