Appointment of Senior Independent Director
James Fisher and Sons plc is pleased to announce the appointment of David Moorhouse as Senior Independent Director with immediate effect. David has been an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company since August 2013 and is a member of the Nomination Committee, the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee. David takes over from Malcolm Paul who became Chairman following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 3 May 2018.
