Fisher (James) & Sons PLC13 April 2005 James Fisher and Sons PLC ("the Company") Additional Listing Further to the Company's announcement on 11 April 2005, the Company confirmsthat the application for a total of 75,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to tradingon the London Stock Exchange's main market ("Admission") has been made pursuantto the exercise of options over 65,000 Ordinary Shares by Mr M J Shields, adirector of the Company, and the exercise of options over 10,000 Ordinary Sharesby other employees of the Company.
