Focus Solutions Group PLC04 January 2007 Focus Solutions Group plc ("Focus Solutions" or the "Company") Notification of Director Shareholdings Issue of Options At a Board Meeting today, approval was given for the granting of the following options to directors: Richard Stevenson (Chief Executive) - 251,022 Ordinary Shares under the Unapproved scheme, exercisable at nil pence per share. Frank Murray (Chief Technology Officer) - 165,155 Ordinary Shares under the EMI scheme and 100,481 under the Unapproved scheme, exercisable at 48.5 pence per share. Martin Clements (Finance Director) - 55,272 Ordinary Shares under the EMI scheme and 68,683 under the Unapproved scheme, exercisable at 48.5 pence per share. The options may be exercised between three and ten years after the date of the grant. The options are subject to a stringent performance condition. The options cannotbe exercised unless and until the share price of Focus Solutions exceeds 63.05pence per share (averaged over a 90 day period). The entire option lapses if thetarget share price is not achieved within 91 days of the date the Companyannounces its annual results for the year ending 31 March 2010. Following the grant of the options, Richard Stevenson holds options over 1,145,694 Ordinary Shares, Frank Murray holds total options over 429,635 Ordinary Shares and Martin Clements holds total options over 429,635 Ordinary Shares.
