Total Voting Rights

In conformity with DTR 5.6.1R, Foresight Solar Fund Limited announces that, as at 31 August 2023, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 609,958,720 Ordinary Shares.

The Company holds 8,715,031 Ordinary Shares in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in Foresight Solar is, therefore, 601,243,689. This figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
