COMMON SHARES IN ISSUE

 

 

Frontera Resources Corporation (London Stock Exchange, AIM Market: FRR; OTCQX Market, U.S.A.: FRTE), an independent oil and gas exploration and production company ("Frontera" or the "Company"), today notifies as follows:

 

On 25 September 2009 the Company announced that application had been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 10,258,959 new shares of Common Stock. This figure should have been 10,285,963 new shares of Common Stock and therefore the Company has submitted an application to trading on AIM of an additional 27,004 new shares of Common Stock, being the difference in the number of shares of Common Stock notified and the actual number of share of Common Stock issued.

 

The Company also confirms that, as at the date of this announcement (and inclusive of the 27,004 shares detailed above), the issued share capital of the Company is 131,793,282 shares of Common Stock (excluding 5,739,855 shares of Common Stock held as treasury stock) trading under ISIN USU3590446098.
